These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of RecoverAIO (the “App”), provided by RaeJax Inc. By installing or using the App in your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms.
RecoverAIO uses AI to automatically write and send recovery emails for abandoned checkouts and failed payments on your Shopify store, with analytics and optimization features.
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and Shopify policies, configuring permissible messaging, and obtaining any required consents from your customers for recovery communications.
Paid features, if any, will be billed through Shopify’s billing system. Taxes may apply. You authorize Shopify to charge applicable fees on our behalf.
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to those practices.
You may not misuse the App, attempt to circumvent security, or use it to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws.
RecoverAIO, including underlying software and content provided by RaeJax Inc., is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your store during your subscription.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular recovery rate or outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaeJax Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the App or users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
